The Meth Test Kit 10-Pack uses validated immunoassay (lateral flow assay) technology to detect methamphetamine contamination on surfaces — directly at the property, with no laboratory wait. FDA & CE certified, with 98% accuracy at the Australian guideline threshold of 0.5 µg/100cm².
Each kit uses a pre-moistened extraction wipe to collect a surface sample from a defined 100cm² area. The wipe is placed into the extraction vial and agitated to release captured residue into the solution. A test cartridge is then used to read the result — two lines indicates a negative result, one line is a positive detection. Results appear within 2 minutes.
Rapid immunoassay kits are screening tools providing presumptive positive/negative results. They are not quantified — they indicate presence above or below the threshold, not a specific µg/100cm² level. They cannot provide source determination (manufacturing vs use). If any sample returns a positive result, professional on-site assessment is recommended to quantify contamination levels and determine appropriate remediation scope.
